A Meditation for a World on Fire
A Meditation for You and the Planet
How do we manifest abundance for ourselves, when the world is on fire?
Perhaps you feel it too. Do you feel this too in your bones? That we’re on the threshold of the old world crumbling, and the new world emerging?
Yet as with any birth, before new life emerges from the womb, there are contractions, darkness and immense pain. Death, before new life.
I believe this is the same for humanity. Everywhere we look, we see this “crumbling” before our very eyes. The safeguards and trust in institutions are crumbling. Gaza and loss of life. The rise in authoritarianism. Our climate crisis. The rise of AI, with its promises and threats. The sixth mass extinction on its way on our planet.
There’s so much of the “old” that we want gone and rewritten. Yet there’s so much of the old that we’ve come to rely on too. That we’ve taken for granted.
Food systems flowing in reliably from around the world. Air travel. The ease of goods, services and technology at our fingertips. The very fabric of civilisation that’s been our way of life.
Humanity is facing its greatest initiation yet. We’re on the precipice of a fork in the road: one leads to a regenerative, abundant, light-filled future. The other, a dystopian, authoritarian, less prosperous society. A climate and societal collapse.
This is the question I’ve been sitting with lately. How do we seed in prosperity, joy, peace and love not just for ourselves, but for each other, and the planet?
Everything in nature is cyclic. When you take, you must give back to nature, to complete the cycle.
All that we need to learn to create harmonious systems with each other and the earth, this wisdom already exists in nature. All we need to do is learn from our earth mother.
But before any change happens, we must seed light-filled ideas in our minds, bodies and nervous system. This is where the power of visualisation and intention come in.
While it’s important to be informed, we must not drown in doom and gloom, if we hope to plant new ideas for the new world we want to build.
On our great transition as humanity, I’d like to offer this Meditation.
Meditation & Subconscious Rewiring
for Abundance & Reciprocal Prosperity
Find a time when you can sit quietly, undisturbed.
On your journal or a piece of paper, create two columns. On one column, write down what you wish to manifest. On the other column, find the core feelings of your manifestation.
For example, if you wish for financial prosperity, it could feel like: freeing expansiveness, joy, ease. Write as many positive feelings as you can imagine.Find your 5 core feelings that represent what you want to manifest.
Listen to Solfeggio Frequencies. I recommend a lower, grounding frequency. Please use 174hz or 285Hz. Do not use higher frequencies for this, to keep you grounded and prevent vertigo or feeling dizzy.
Once you’re feeling your core feelings, let relaxation bathe you, as you listen to these sound frequencies.
Practice your 5 core feelings every day for 30 days, as you listen to these sound frequencies, without attachment to the outcome.
This practice helps embed these core feelings into your subconscious, until they become your natural state of being. 95% of our behaviour is driven by the subconscious, and only 5% by the conscious. When these core feelings are driving the subconscious, it affects the opportunities you notice, the things you see, the motivations you have and the actions you take.
Reflect on the reciprocal, cyclic threads in nature. Abundance is nature’s natural state, when we honour its cycles. Any gardener knows a plant’s bounty is usually more than you could ever need in a season.
Write down ways you can give back when you receive resources from nature, or taking only what you need and leaving the rest for others. For example, permaculture gardening, composting, donating, buying carbon credits for flights if you’re able, upcycling, repair, as well as honouring your own inner seasons and energy.
Sending all my love, and wishes for our resillience at this time.
